Fine impression of the second state of four (the publishing line has been inscribed but the clouds are less elaborated in this print than in later states). With narrow margins and uncleaned plate edges. Sandby's watercolour of this view is in the V&A (613-1870). An inscription thereon identifies the man in the boat (bottom centre) as Charles Francis Greville (1749-1809), and the figure wading into the mud as Sandby himself.
