Into the margins of a frame are introduced contesting colour palettes in slivers: a grid of red, yellow, blue; a continuum of yellows, growing darker owing to the admixture of black- these in conjunction with imitations of standard tapes.

Sampling the standard types of palettes here reveal orders of disjunctive difference, to create a dynamics of margins.
