Clair de lune from the collection Fêtes galantes by Paul Verlaine is accompanied by Judith Rothchild's mezzotints. The poem is printed on Hahnemühle paper in the form of a leporello. Numbered and signed by the artist. Edition of 20. Size: 10 x 20.3 cm. Text in French.
The four engraved plates as well as the screen prints on the covers and the slipcases were printed by the artist. The letterpress in Vendôme Romain has been printed on an Albion press by Mark Lintott who is also responsible for the slip-cases and boxes.
The first four, the deluxe edition (1/20 to 4/20), are presented in clamshell boxes and contain one of the original copper plates.
