The letterpress by Mark Lintott has been printed on Rives BFK paper on an Albion press. The mezzotint is printed on Hahnemühle paper. The binding, slipcases and boxes are the work of Mark Lintott and the marbled papers are by Judith Rothchild.

The first five copies, the deluxe edition, have an original drawing by Judith Rothchild and are presented in clamshell boxes. Numbers 6/45 to 45/45 are presented in slipcases. Numbers 40/45 to 45/45 are hors commerce. The 45/45 is reserved for the Bibliothèque Nationale de France.
