The mezzotints and the screen prints on the wrappers, Somerset velvet are printed by the artist. The hand-set letterpress, Vendôme Romain, is printed on an Albion press by Mark Lintott. The slipcases are by Marie-Pierre Vallin.

Each one of the four deluxe copies (1/35 to 4/35) contain one of the original copper plates and a suite of mezzotints printed chine collé, numbered and signed by the artist, and are presented in clamshell boxes. The books numbered 5/35 to 35/35 are presented in slip-cases. Copies 32/35 to 34/35 are hors commerce. The copy number 35/35 is reserved for the Bibliothèque Nationale de France.
