The mezzotints in the book were printed by the artist. The hand-set letterpress in Vendôme Romain was composed and printed by Mark Lintott. The marbled papers were created by the artist.

Numbers 1/40 to 4/40, the deluxe edition, are presented in clamshell boxes and include one of the original copper plates as well as an ink wash drawing. The books numbered 5/40 to 40/40 are presented in slipcases. Number 40 is reserved for the Bibliothèque Nationale de France.
